I agree with you Sean, I am a bodybuilder too and muscle building is something that I love to do, but I never forget to take after workout naps and adequate sleep. As you said on the video, muscles don't grow when we work out, it is when we rest. Im into working out too! I thought sleeping could make me fat, but after watching this video, I'm relieved that sleeping actually helps of course after intense workout! Thanks Sean.
